The purpose of the job is to to ensure the smooth operation of our online casino services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the gaming platform, including game scheduling, updates, and maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience;
  • Stay updated on online casino game trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation;
  • Use data analysis tools to evaluate game performance and user engagement, informing content selection and strategic planning;
  • Negotiate with game vendors for favourable terms, build strong relationships, and ensure effective collaboration;
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with company goals and market demand, anticipating future trends to stay competitive;
  • Work with marketing, technical teams, and stakeholders to optimize game offerings and enhance player experience;
  • Collaborate with CRM team to propose and set up casino product campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies;
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product improvement;
  • Investigate technical issues related to providers and support internal teams with casino-related tasks to ensure seamless operations; and,
  • Run gameplay analysis to ensure fair and responsible gaming practices, maintaining regulatory compliance.
Desired skills & experience
  • Proven experience in content management or a similar role within the online casino or gaming industry;
  • Strong understanding of the online casino market, including player preferences and emerging trends;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills;
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to plan and adapt to market changes;
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; and,
  • Knowledge of the Canadian market is considerd as an asset.

The purpose of this job is to develop a marketing strategy for the new online casino, create a timeline for implementation, and secure the necessary resources.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and overseeing the vision, strategy, and day-to-day management of Palasino’s digital marketing plan;
  • Managing and growing multiple high value in-house marketing campaigns;
  • Leading innovation and advancement of the overall digital marketing agenda through the proposal and execution of an annual roadmap, supported by tried and tested stats derived from your years of experience in a similar role;
  • Implementing, managing and optimizing acquisition strategies for Palasino;
  • Ensuring positive ROI and business growth whilst making outgoing cost decisions based on performance;
  • Analyzing market research to identify new opportunities, issues, market trends or gaps in the market that will generate revenue;
  • Full ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, mechanics, briefing and bonus costs management for the Casino;
  • Creation and execution of a plan for acquisition, retention and activation of new partnerships;
  • Managing and growing a team, indicating the optimal team structure, team training & development where necessary, and clear processes for ensured growth and continuity;
  • Working closely with the Casino and Marketing team for the land-based operation;
  • Analyzing promotions, including welcome offers for new customers to maximize conversion funnels; and,
  • Deep understanding of area related KPIs.
Desired skills & experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role;
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Exceptional sales and acquisition negotiation experience and a proven track record in meeting revenue and new business targets, preferably in an online gaming environment;
  • Proven experience in management of multiple marketing channels and campaigns;
  • Solid experience in the delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns in a start-up environment and delivering on budgets;
  • Outstanding interpersonal / people skills; and,
  • Knowledge of the Canadian market is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

Desired skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner with a solid casino background and experience in the gaming industry.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and methodology.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) within a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The purpose of the job is to help shape up our CRM function and consequently ensure sharp and well targeted player communications.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create converting customized CRM campaigns for multiple geos and countries, including emails, push, SMS, tournaments and more;
  • Manage communication of campaigns across different channels including Email, SMS, on-site and push notification;
  • Plan, create, implement, and optimize the CRM marketing strategies, customer journeys and ad-hoc campaigns;
  • Create customer marketing segments and matching customers’ life cycles including default funnels and localized promotional activities;
  • Liaison with other stakeholders and casino managers for display of games and promotions;
  • Perform analysis and provide market insights;
  • Work to provide additional marketing insights for CRM and customer segments, together with BI;
  • Define, analyze and provide outputs of the performance of CRM;
  • Identify key opportunities for improvement by using our own data, research and industry insights;
  • Develop and maintain an annual campaign calendar;
  • Perform quality control checks on the quality and content of all campaigns across different customer segmentation, browsers, device combinations and ensure sign off for all main languages;
  • Helping to drive the campaign planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
  • Undertaking competitor analysis of current marketing activities and reporting on the findings;
Desired skills & experience
  • Minimum four years of previous experience in CRM Marketing or advertising role within the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing and driving multi-channel campaigns and campaign strategies based on an understanding of customer needs and customer profile
  • Professional solid experience in operating CRM tools, life cycles and in possession of high technical skills
  • Experience working with Fast Track platform is beneficial
  • Great organization, communication and analytical skills with high attention to detail
