This role entails significant responsibility and requires a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, especially within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies, primarily focusing on SEO, PPC, SMM, and Programmatic Advertising. This includes understanding target audiences and utilizing appropriate channels effectively;
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance;
  • Manage end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns across various digital marketing channels. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and optimization to drive desired outcomes;
  • Encourage exploration and experimentation with new digital marketing channels and methods. Commit to continuous improvement and adaptability in the digital landscape;
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI;
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across different digital channels to enhance brand coherence; and,
  • Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, forecast expenditures, and track ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Desired skills and experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, PPC, SMM, and Programmatic Advertising within the iGaming industry;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels;
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights for informed decision-making and campaign optimization;
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment;
  • Strong organizational skills essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms; and,
  • A willingness to adapt to changes in technology, industry trends, and market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will safeguard our gaming platform by monitoring transactions, analyzing potential money laundering patterns, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of transactions across our gaming platform to detect and report suspicious activity and also co-ordinate the collating of customer documentation;
  • Evaluate and identify suspicious behavior, investigate, and work together with other stakeholders to take the appropriate action according to the level of risk;
  • Creating internal reports of unusual or suspicious transactions and/or activities to be escalated to the MLRO;
  • Investigating potential PEP or potential Sanctions List matches;
  • Carryout ongoing transaction monitoring;
  • Implement AML compliance programs tailored to the specific needs of the gaming industry;
  • Assisting the MLRO with any ad-hoc reporting or tasks;
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies as required; and,
  • Stay updated with changes in AML legislation and adjust monitoring tools and practices accordingly.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an AML compliance role, within the gaming industry;
  • A qualification in AML or a related field would be considered an asset;
  • A willingness to learn and a can-do approach as part of a dynamic and fast-growing team;
  • Strong understanding of AML gaming regulations and the ability to apply them in context;
  • Organizational and communication skills;
  • High attention to detail, takes initiative and a team player; and,
  • You are able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays if required.

The purpose of the role is to lead the product and its feature initiatives throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and tech teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals and customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to clarify development requests and support new ideas and initiatives.
  • Clearly define and break down business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain clear documentation and update it frequently.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the development teams and stakeholders.
  • Keep the focus on the projects and initiatives that are under development.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of).
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, analyze competitors, and bring forward new ideas to enhance customer experiences.
Desired skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner with a solid casino background and experience in the gaming industry.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and methodology.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) within a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
