The purpose of the role is to create, plan and manage Palasino Malta Ltd’s marketing campaigns on the web, social media, and other digital marketing platforms as part of the marketing team.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Building and maintaining our brand presence across multiple social media channels
- Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies.
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
Requirements
- At least 2 or more years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields
- Basic knowledge of HTML and other platform tools
- Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of digital design tools is very beneficial

The purpose of the role is to oversee and manage the casino lobby and site content. The role will include content management, lobby management, games management and other tasks related to site.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and coordinate the daily tasks across our online casino lobby management
- Oversee and finalise the casino games portfolio including placement of games in various pages on the website.
- Manage releases, and evaluation of game performance to ensure that the game portfolio is effective.
- Liaising with game providers regarding product-driven campaigns, including exclusive campaigns, network campaigns, the launch of new games, and overall general game information.
- Assist in the project management of onboarding more game service providers.
- Work together with the marketing and operations teams on a daily basis to ensure the product is up to date at all times.
- Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of the company and aligns with the company’s image.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure that regulatory requirements and responsible gambling practices are met.
- Ensuring that any customer queries related to Casino Product are escalated and resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or in a similar CMS casino role
- Excellent communication skills with a very good command of the English language in both speaking and writing.

The purpose of this role is to to successfully build the Affiliate program of our brand and to purposely build and maintain solid relations with affiliates and other marketing partners.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee already created affiliate deals and ensure they are well monetized
- Actively search for, and acquiring of new Affiliate partners
- Responsible for overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimize deals and campaigns
- Manage our SEO Affiliate Operations
- Reaching targets of ROI
- Responsible for ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links
- Monitoring affiliate daily performance and report any irregularities in traffic
- Ensuring that affiliate partners are continuously compliant with any legal changes taking place Build and develop solid relationships with new affiliates to strengthen cooperation
- Negotiate, develop, and analyze new and ongoing affiliate contracts and deals to maintain revenue and growth targets in line with KPIs
- Ensure brand is represented adequately in the affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews, trackers, and creatives
- Analyze campaigns and account performance and optimize to deliver departmental KPIs and overall ROI from the owned portfolio
- Work with numerical data to present reports and spread sheets and potentially suggest courses of action to correct any metrics required
- Assist in the creation of custom marketing materials as needed for the affiliate channel such as mailers, landing pages, banners, reviews etc.
- Responsible to ensure that all affiliates are using the right advertising practices
- Be willing to travel to attend affiliate events and keep up to date with industry trends following through with post-event reports and feedback to company stakeholders
- Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis and market research and give status updates to company management.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in an Affiliate manager role
- Sound knowledge and experience of international markets and the iGaming industry
- Highly customer focused and experience in managing key accounts
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation and sales skills and results driven
- A good team player with excellent communication skills
- Maintain networks by participating in conferences and industry events
